How I can help

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as picky eating, food aversions, gut issues, mood imbalances, ADHD, autism, and a complex relationship with food.

Too often, these struggles are dismissed as “just part of the diagnosis” or something you’ll “grow out of” — but there’s always more you can do.

That’s why I created NutritionMate: a space for practical tools, evidence-based nutritional therapy, and compassionate support tailored to you, your needs, and your pace.

Feeding challenges are a marathon, not a sprint — and I’ll meet you exactly where you are.
